Conheça os 10 melhores Barolos e Barbarescos





A revista Decanter traz mais um interessante painel sobre Barolos e Barbarescos, os grandes vinhos do Piemonte. Ian d'Agata, um dos especialistas em vinhos italianos da publicação, selecionou os melhores vinhos da região sobre a ótica dos "Single Vineyard" ou "Crus" de vinhedo. 

Habitualmente, as seleções de vinhos do Piemonte são focadas no estilos de sua elaboração, sejam  "tradicionais" ou "modernos". Mas Ian d'Agata chama a atenção para um novo prisma de observação de Barolos e Barbarescos, focando na expressão de um único vinhedo, capaz de dizer claramente qual é a sua origem.

Aldo Conterno, Romirasco, Barolo 2006
